Case No. CV-2026-####
MOTION TO DISMISS
(Rule 12(b)(6))
COMES NOW the Petitioner, pro se, and respectfully moves this
honorable Court to dismiss the above-captioned matter for failure
to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
I. STATEMENT OF FACTS
1.
On or about January 15, 2026, Petitioner filed a Complaint alleging
breach of contract and various tort claims arising from a single transaction.
2.
Respondent failed to plead facts demonstrating that the alleged
conduct caused Petitioner any cognizable injury under controlling law.
3.
Petitioner accepts the facts as pled solely for purposes of this motion.
II. ARGUMENT
4.
To survive a Rule 12(b)(6) motion, a complaint must contain
"sufficient factual matter, accepted as true, to state a claim to
relief that is plausible on its face." Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662, 678 (2009).
5.
Here, the alleged conduct rises above mere speculation per…
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court dismiss the
Complaint in its entirety, with prejudice, and grant such further relief
as the Court deems just and proper.

Credit transparency

Pay only for what you actually use.

We bill cost-based. Each AI action draws from your credit pool at our actual API cost — costs vary with how much context the AI has to read, so a chat about a 5-page motion costs more than a quick procedural question.

Daily multi-case work

A "chat with full case context" means the AI reads your motion, evidence, and prior conversation — a "quick question" means a single procedural lookup with no documents loaded. Real usage falls somewhere between. Buy credit packs ($5–$1,000) anytime if you need more.
